Registration & Admission

All patients are required to fill the registration Form and admission Slip at the time of admission. The sign of first and second relatives will be valid in the Admission Form. (Registration fee INR 300/-). On admission, an In-Patient Number (IP. No.) will be generated and the same is to be quoted for any enquiry. Admission note from your doctor will help us in making procedure smoother and faster.

On admission deposit is to be submitted at Patient Billing Department as per following schedule. The amount depends on the class selected and the case type. Reminder for further deposit will be made to you from time to time when deposited amount is utilized. Payments are accepted only by Cash/Demand Draft/Local Pay Order/Credit card.

For estimate of Non-Package surgeries and Day Care procedures, kindly contact your Consultant Doctor / Medical Superintendent / Financial Estimate Desk. For all packages, Registration and Admission department will give the necessary details. The total amount as per the estimate for Packages/Non-Packages has to be deposited in advance. Charges for the procedure / surgeries will depend on the class selected by the patient.

Various categories like Semi-Special, Special, Deluxe, Super Deluxe, Suite & different ICU’s are available for the indoor. Admission offices will help you to choose your desired class of room/bed and accommodation by giving all details as per schedule.

Checkout time is 12.00 p.m. Patient’s diet is included in the room/bed charges. Operation charges and Doctor’s charges vary accordingly. Operation charges and Doctor’s charges vary according to the class selected. 13% service charge will be charged on total bill for Semi-Special and Special rooms. And 16% service charge will be charged for Deluxe, Super Deluxe and Suite rooms (Except packages).

In case of patients from companies with whom we have tie-up, reference letter from the company must be produced at the time of admission. For patients who wish to avail cashless hospitalization under their medi-claim policies, we must receive the authorization letter from your insurance company/TPA before admission. However, in case of an emergency, 24 hour time shall be given. Otherwise, deposit as above has to be made at the time of admission. It will be the responsibility of the patient or relatives to get the authorization letter from their TPA before discharge.

 

Discharge

A patient can be discharged from the hospital only on the advice of the treating consultant. It would take at least 2 hours for the various discharge formalities to be completed. As soon as the bill is ready, the billing department will call you in your room. You are kindly requested to wait in your room till then. You are kindly requested to wait in your room till then. Discharge authorization slip will be handed over to you only after settlement of final bills in the billing section. The nursing station, on producing the discharge authorization slip, shall give all reports and other documents to you; and please don’t forget to sign in the register that you have collected all necessary reports from nursing station.

 

Passes

Passes will be issued as follows:

1 Semi-Special class 1 attendant + 1 Relative
2 Special Class 1 Attendant + 1 Relative
3 Deluxe Class 1 Attendant + 2 Relatives
4 Super Deluxe Class 1 Attendant + 2 Relatives
5 Suites 2 Attendants + 2 Relatives

 

Important Note

  • Attendant asses are valid for 24 hrs and relative passes are valid from 7.00 a.m. - 10.00 p.m.
  • The passes should be returned to the Billing Dept. at the time of discharge. If the passes are not returned, a fine of INR 50 shall be levied.
  • Patient attendant pass can be used for one visit to ICU between 10.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. To 6.30 p.m. or on call from Doctor. Relatives’ passes are not valid for visit to ICU.
  • Visitors are not permitted in any of the ICU/ICCU as the hospital has decided to restrict visitors to avoid disturbance to the patients, to ensure early recovery. Visitor pass will be issued on payment of INR 50/- per person at the main gate of the hospital between 8.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
  • Please insist for receipt for any payment made in the hospital. Payments should be made only at the designated cash counters.
  • The hospital campus is a non-smoking area. Spitting Chewing of pan and tobacco is strictly prohibited.
  • Please refrain from opening windows in all rooms. It is dangerous and affects the air-conditioning of the room.
  • Patient’s relatives are requested not to tip the staff.
